"Creating a Garden Passage Through Our Community"
We as a community are in the process of working togehter to improve the area in which we live. We need to raise a total of $ 50,000 to create a special assessment dirtrict that will dedicate the necessary funds to improve and maintain the median within the 4 1/2 mile stretch of roadway through the Point San Pedro Peninsula community. Once the ballot measure is passed and the special assessment district is formed, the landscaping, irrigation and maintenance of the Point San Pedro Roadway medians will sustain for the next 30 years.

To date, we have received contributions from a total of 102 of our neighbors totaling nearly $ 25,000. We are halfway to our goal of raising the $ 50,000 needed to cover the costs to bring our effort to ballot. The formation of the special assessment district includes the costs engineering study, legal work, public meetings, community education and the distribution and administration the mail-in ballot. We want to thank off of those who have contributed to this project.
