"Creating a Garden Passage Through Our Community"
We as a community have successfully reached our goal of passing the ballot measure and formed an assessment district to improve and maintain the medians within the 4 1/2 mile stretch of roadway through the Point San Pedro Peninsula community. Starting in 2012, the landscaping, irrigation and maintenance of the Point San Pedro Roadway medians will commence and sustain for the next 30 years.

To date, we have received contributions from a total of 215 of our neighbors totaling $68,372. We met our goal of raising the funds needed to cover the costs to bring our effort to ballot. The formation of the special assessment district included the costs for the engineering study, legal work, public meetings, community education and the distribution and administration the mail-in ballot. We want to thank off of those who contributed and made this project a reality.
